Rollforming line for automatic production of shelving montant starting from coil. The machine is composed by these units: enter roller conveyor, introduction unit, rollforming unit, cutting-off unit, exit roller conveyor. The punching of material is made with a tool in a mechanical press before the rollforming.

Production: 3 pieces / min.
Material thickness: 1.5 mm.
Material type: galvanised.


With the same machine, changing the forming rollers, it's possible to produce beams and walk-on levels.
